"In deference to the new vows of civility, the tone of the debate may be a bit more restrained. But Republicans have already said that they will not strip the word 'killing' from the bill - which is titled, 'Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act.' Civility apparently goes only so far." -
Times editorial, January 16. "Republicans say they do not intend to change the name of the proposal, titled the Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act. Some Democrats have suggested that the 'job-killing' language was particularly offensive after the shootings, but Republicans rejected that notion." -
Congressional reporter Carl Hulse, January 14. "Where News Is Power, A Fight to Be Well-Armed" -
