Brent Bozell Echoes Minority-Owned Broadcaster Plea to Geithner Begging for a Federal Bailout
Alexandria, VA - In response to the formal request from the coalition of minority-owned broadcasters that pleaded to the Secretary of Treasury Thomas Geithner for a federal bailout, the Media Research Center has announced that it, too, would like a bailout.
"I read their letter and really like their approach," stated Brent Bozell, President of the Media Research Center. "So I copied it. After all, according to Newsweek, 'we're all socialists now,' and what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
"On behalf of everyone involved with the MRC, our staff, our vendors and their families, I'm really looking forward to a nice, big check. $1.8 billion will do, for now."
