The media seem to think so.</p><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Several NFL retirees testified before a House judiciary subcommittee on June 26 about their ailments and what they thought the NFL and Congress should do about it.
