Forget #IceBucketChallenge, Lefty Blogger Starts #TacoOrBeerChallenge for Abortion

You know what’s funny? Infanticide! It’s the point of a hysterical new meme from a left-wing blogger.
Andrea Grimes of RH Reality Check and the Texas Observer (Both part of George Soros’ Media Consortium) wasn’t keen on the internet-viral #IceBucketChallenge, so she decided to create one of her own: the #TacoOrBeerChallenge – to fund abortion. “I want you to eat a taco, drink a beer, and fund abortion,” she wrote in a new piece for RH Reality Check.
The #IceBucketChallenge raised more than $41 million as of August 21 for the ALS Association, a self-described “national non-profit organization fighting Lou Gehrig’s Disease.” The video challenge consists of dumping ice water on the head or donating $100 to ALSA. The trend boasts several celebrities as contestants, including Lady Gaga and Christ Pratt.
“The Taco or Beer Challenge couldn’t be simpler,” Grimes began: “You eat a taco and/or drink a beer, and you donate to an abortion fund.” Plus, she wrote, “Everybody stays dry—ideally—and somebody gets help paying for a legal abortion.” Dry, except for the blood on your hands.
And just in case those instructions weren’t clear enough, Grimes linked to the challenge’s Tumblr page, which explained:
You find yourself a fucking taco, or a fucking beer, or a fucking taco and a beer, then you eat the fucking taco or drink the fucking beer or eat and drink both the fucking taco and the beer, and then you donate some money to an abortion fund. You fucking film yourself doing this shit and then you send us the fucking video and we put it on the fucking internet.
Her challenge, she explained, “is about doing what’s right for your own taco and beverage needs, just like having an abortion—or not—is about doing what’s right for yourself and your family.” (Food, abortion – what’s the difference?)
Focusing on the positive, Grimes continued, “Tacos and beer, of course, remain as vital to our human happiness as they ever were” and, thus, “The solution is clear: Eat tacos, drink beer, and donate to abortion funds.”
Because of “stigma,” Grimes lamented, “I know it can be hard to make that first abortion fund donation” and “actually help pay for someone else’s—a total stranger’s, most likely—abortion.” While “there’s a strong cultural narrative that tells us people who get abortions are bad, irresponsible, or cruel,” Grimes encouraged, “That narrative fucking sucks.”
She explained: “Abortion is common. Abortion is normal. And abortion is safest when it is legal and accessible—something abortion funds help to ensure in an increasingly hostile political climate.”
Echoing The Washington Post, Grimes insisted, “There’s nothing shameful about having an abortion, and nothing shameful about funding abortion.”
“I believe in tacos, I believe in beer, and I believe in you,” Grimes concluded.
As far as her challenge’s success, Grimes boasted some participants via Twitter: “Look at all these glorious humans taking the #TacoOrBeerChallenge! GAZE UPON THEM AND KNOW JOY AND RIGHTEOUSNESS.”
And to those “anti-choice people” like LifeSiteNews, Grimes also sent a message via Twitter: “A great bonus of taking the #TacoOrBeerChallenge is that it sends anti-choice people into a little froth.”
And that, Ms. Grimes, is called “projection.”
