More Iraq War Bias in a story from...Kosovo?

Nicholas Kulish wonders if a potential NATO peacekeeping force in Kosovo will be hurt by "a distracted and overstretched American military...."

Even in a storyabout Kosovo's expected secession from Serbia, the Times manages to work in some Iraq War bias. Here's a paragraph from Sunday's piece by Nicholas Kulish from Kosvo, "NATO Says It's Prepared to Keep the Peace in Kosovo."

"NATO has about 16,500 troops on the ground, slightly fewer than it had during the riots in March 2004. And the endgame in Kosovo's drive for independence comes as a distracted and overstretched American military, which still has a contingent in Kosovo, is fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan."
