“Green billionaire” Tom Steyer has gone “clean.” He’s apparently kicked his coal habit – for all of 15 days. Up until June 30, 2014, Steyer was still making money off of fossil fuel investments through Farallon Capital Management (which he founded).

Yet, to the media Steyer “has become the environmental hero he set out to be.” ABC World News with Diane Sawyer on April 3 portrayed Steyer as the left’s answer to the “secretive” libertarian Koch brothers. While Andrea Mitchell on NBC “Nightly News” on Jan. 31 let Steyer’s criticisms of the Keystone Pipeline stand uncontested....

The liberal media love to hate the Koch Brothers but are far less enthusiastic about connecting George Soros’ billions to liberal policies.

On July 6, Coral Davenport of The New York Times revealed that the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new regulations on power plant emissions were largely inspired by the work of environmental activists at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). The broadcast networks have not mentioned the NRDC connection to the new regulations, and even the Times ignored that  liberal mega-donor Soros has bankrolled the NRDC.

The Times called the EPA regulations “a remarkable victory for the National Resources Defense Council” for developing the “novel...

According to a recently published briefing book "obtained by Politico" by the liberal megadonor group Democracy Alliance, "progressives' long term success hinges on our ability to fundamentally change our current political system - including large questions about who can vote, the role money should play in politics, and what our courts look like."

The briefing, a report card of 2013's challenges and accomplishments for the organization, said that the George Soros founded and funded Democracy Alliance is "more than capable of turning back the latest threats from the Right." According to Politico, the...

IRS commissioner John Koskinen assured the Soros-funded Center for Public Integrity that the IRS would be proposing “new and specific rules defining how much money ‘social welfare’ nonprofits may spend on political campaigns.

According to the report released by CPI on June 18, the rules would curb the influence of “dark money” in politics by further restricting the amount of political activity that nonprofit groups could engage in. These regulations are slated to take effect sometime in “early 2015.” Liberal groups have repeatedly pushed for the IRS to crack down on nonprofits, citing the Citizens United Supreme Court ruling.

These rulings would specifically look at 501(c)(4) organizations, which, according to a...

Are “right-wing” extremists more dangerous than Al-Queda terrorists? According to CNN’s National Security Analyst Peter Bergen, they are. Bergen wrote that in a commentary that claimed, “U.S. right wing extremists more deadly than jihadists.” He also also happens to be a director for the George Soros-funded liberal New America Foundation. What a coincidence.

 Bergen claimed that “white...

The son of one of the largest liberal donors of all time campaigning against money in politics might seem a bit strange.

What's even stranger is that, while he was spearheading that campaign, he was simultaneously vice chairman and director of the board of his father's multi-billion-dollar Open Society Foundation. In 2011 alone, while Jonathan Soros was vice chairman and director of the board, OSF gave $58,013,593 to blatantly liberal organizations alone.

That $58 million went to a variety of liberal causes including left-wings cornerstone organizations such as: the Center for American Progress ($1.3 million), ACLU ($3.5 million) and the Tides Foundation ($1.6 million). OSF was founded and is chaired by liberal billionaire George Soros and has donated more than $10 billion over the last 30 years. In 2012, the net assets of OSF were listed in 990 tax documents as more than $2.2 billion.

The FCC may have suspended its invasion into American newsrooms, but the controversial "Critical Information Needs" study also has George Soros' fingerprints all over it.

While disturbing, this should come as no surprise since Soros' gave more than $52 million to media organizations from 2000-2010.

Two schools were working with FCC on the project, according to Byron York of The Washington Examiner. The University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Communication and Democracy, were tasked by the FCC with coming up with criteria for what information is "critical" for Americans to have. The FCC study would have covered newspapers, websites, radio and television,...

The American Studies Association is asking its member universities to join the growing academic boycott of Israel. Eight out of the 14 member universities of the ASA’s National Council that approved the boycott have received more than $5.6 million from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations since 2000. The ASA has also been working closely with anti-Israeli organizations to promote this movement.

Promoting anti-Israeli and liberal propaganda, Soros has poured more than $400 million into colleges and universities around the world, including money to most prominent institutions in the United States. According to a May 2012 article in...

When President Obama needs help, he can always turn to one of the Soros inner circle. In a speech on Jan. 17, Obama announced that his new Presidential Counsel John Podesta will lead a "comprehensive review of Big Data and privacy," following the NSA privacy scandal that has dogged his administration.

What he didn't mention was that Podesta is the founder of the liberal Center for American Progress. CAP has gotten $7.3 million from liberal billionaire George Soros since 2000 and was one of the keystone liberal think tanks founded after the Democrats lost the 2004 election.

Podesta was to have focused on the health care law and climate change issues, according to a Dec. 9, New York Times article.

According to Obama, Podesta will work with a group of...

Not only did NBC allow their special anchor Maria Shriver to promote her own report on “Nightly News,” they did it without disclosing that it was made in partnership with a group that liberal billionaire George Soros gave $7.3 million to.

In “The Shriver Report: A Woman’s Nation Pushes Back From the Brink,” which was published on Jan. 11, an outspokenly liberal nun, Sister Joan Chittister, took aim at religious attitudes in America that “devalue” and marginalize women.

Shriver was invited to the White House on Jan. 14 to present her report to President Barack Obama, whom she promoted as being “sympathetic” to working mothers. On NBC “Nightly News” that same night, Shriver...
